Floating Bowling Balls
Some of my television segments get more email feedback than others… and this one got a ton. Why? Probably because most people don’t know that you can make a standard, regulation size bowling ball float in water. Yes, you can make a bowling ball float! Plug the drain, fill the sink with water, and take the plunge with this floating science challenge.
Such a fun experiement, wish I had the opportunity to do it with my science class when I was teaching.
I have done this project when I was in school. It is a great experiment! I reccomend it to any child looking for a project to do.
