This would be something that I would love to try. I’m sure my grandsons would love this as much as they love the bubbles we have so much fun with. I’ll have to do this sometime when my 12 year old nephew is around to assist me with it.

I’d try two bungee cords to keep the membrane tight. I just found a new style of “flat” bungee cords at Home Depot and they work great for keeping the membrane tight up against the side of the trash can.

That must be an optical illusion or the way the sun is hitting the smoke rings. If the rings could change color, that would be so cool!

Loved the video and made two vortex generators myself today. I was amazing the neighborhood kids and I plan on taking it to my buddy’s 4th of July party. My only problem is I can’t tell if I’m tapping them too hard or if my bungee cords aren’t tight enough because I have to constantly tighten the membrane. Never messaged on here but maybe I’ll get a response. Any thoughts?
